NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VARIANCE REQUESTS FOR

13150 Sharon Hollow Road, Manchester, Michigan 48158

The Manchester Township Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., at the Manchester Township Hall located at 275 S. Macomb Street, to consider a request submitted by Andrew Bobo for variances from Manchester Township Ordinance No. 23, titled “An Ordinance to Establish and Require Minimum Driveway Standards as to Provide Access to Buildings by Fire Equipment, Ambulance or Other Life Saving Equipment, Police Vehicles and Other Emergency Equipment,” and Manchester Township Ordinance No. 53, titled “Multiple Residence Driveways and Residential Private Roads,” relating to road frontage and access requirements at Parcel No. 16-29-100-033, located at 13150 Sharon Hollow Road, Manchester, Michigan 48158. 

Copies of the variance application are available upon request to the Township Clerk using the contact information below. Written comments on the proposed variance will be received at the Township Clerk’s mailing address and e-mail address below, up to and including the day of the public hearing. 

Manchester Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Persons needing such services should kindly contact the office of the Township Clerk by writing or calling the Clerk not less than four (4) days before the public hearing using the phone number below.
