MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:08 p.m. Four board members were present (quorum) with 2 citizens in attendance. The board approved the 8-Jan-26 meeting minutes as amended. The board approved the agenda as presented. The board approved monthly claims of $76,172.31. The board approved the MMLLPP 2026 insurance renewal proposal. The board approved setting a public hearing date for Gerken Materials Inc. Mineral Extraction License Renewal & Expansion Application review for 5-Mar-26 at 7:00 p.m. The board approved setting a public hearing date for proposed FY 26-27 general fund budget review for 5-Mar-26 at 7:00 p.m. The Board approved the 5-year renewal Special Assessment Resolution for the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority. The Board approved a motion not to renew the W.A.V.E. contract. The Board approved the 26-27 FY Sewer Budget as presented. The board heard Supervisor, Clerk and Treasurers reports. The board received written reports from the Zoning Administrator, the Planning Commission and the Assessor. The board heard no citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:23 p.m.
