 CITY OF MANCHESTER BOARD OF REVIEW PUBLIC NOTICE 

The City of Manchester Board of Review will meet at: 

912 City Road 

Manchester, MI 48158 

on the following days: 

Tuesday, March 3, 2026 9:30 AM - organizational meeting 

Monday, March 16, 2026 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM 

Tuesday, March 17, 2026 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM 

Appeals are all by appointment only. Please call 734-428-7877 to schedule an appointment. Written appeals must be in the office by Tuesday, March 17, 2026 before the close of the Board of Review. Appealing to the Board of Review is necessary to protect your right to appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. 

As required by Public Act 188 of the Public Acts of 1975, the tentative ratio and estimated multipliers for the City of Manchester are hereby listed by class of property. The ratio and multiplier are subject to the actions of the Assessing Officer and the Board of Review and can be improved at their discretion. The tentative 2026 ratio and estimated multipliers are as follows:
