The Manchester community is cordially invited to join the Klager community for Carnival! Carnival is a fundraiser for Klager and Riverside’s PTO initiatives. This cash-only event will be taking place at Luther C. Klager Elementary School on Friday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Game and prize tickets are 25¢ each. Raffle tickets are $5 each.
Carnival will be a fun night for the whole family with games, raffles, prizes, and concessions. The PTO will be supporting concessions for the evening.
The games have been designed with children of all ages in mind. Some highlights include a cookie walk, an obstacle course, face painting, and an updated putt-putt course. One course is for littles, and the second course is for all ages. Additional activities include ring toss, horseshoe toss, duck pond, fishing for books, and more!
The basket raffle is another exciting feature of Carnival. Basket themes this year include: Balls, Balls and More Balls!, Love Your Dog!, Love Your Cat!, Chocolate Lovers Basket, a basket from Dragonfly and Birch, River Raisin Mercantile: The Last Hurrah!, A Night at the Movies: Clinton Theater, Hands-on Museum, Family Bowling Night at Chelsea Lanes, Dinner and a Movie: Salsaria’s in Tecumseh and Adrian Movie Theater Tickets, Manchester Businesses 1: Gift Cards to Frank’s, Hungry Wolf, and Vintage Flea, and Manchester Businesses 2: Gift Cards to River Raisin Distillery, Steele Grafix, and The Tap. The Manchester Lion’s Club has also donated the giant stuffed animal, Sparkles the Dragon, for an extra-special raffle!
Carnival promises to be a night filled with fun, laughter, and family together time. We hope you can join in the fun!
