The Manchester District Library (MDL) is offering the following programs for March 22-28, 2026:

LIBRARY OFFERS AFTER SCHOOL ART: FREESTYLE

Hang out at the MDL on Monday, March 23 at 3:30pm in the City Room and make some art limited only by your imagination! On this freestyle day, do a variety of crafts depending on what supplies are in stock. Projects could include using leftover materials from programs earlier in the month to make something completely new. All materials provided; all ages welcome.

LIBRARY PLANS SPECIAL PANCAKES AND PAJAMAS FAMILY STORY TIME

The MDL is planning a very special edition of the weekly Family Story Time on Tuesday, March 24. Join us and get super snuggly; you don’t even have to change out of your pajamas! Bring a stuffed friend to join as we get cozy in the library. Pancakes will be served at 10:45 to start story time at the usual 11am in the Youth Area. Recommended for preschool ages with an adult.

MANCHESTER DISTRICT LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING

The MDL is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7pm in the lower level Village Council Chambers. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Visit manchesterlibrary.info/board-of-trustees.html for details and updates.

DECOUPAGE EASTER EGGS MAKE AND TAKE

Come to the MDL on Friday, March 27 for a seasonal make and take program: Decoupage Easter Eggs. Drop in to the City Room anytime between 4-5pm to learn the art of decoupage as you create your very own Easter egg to take home. Materials provided; all ages welcome.

Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about these and other great programs for all ages at the MDL. MDL regular hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 10am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm. The most up-to-date hours and the latest news are always available on the MDL website. Manchester District Library (MDL) is proud to serve the City of Manchester, Manchester Township, Bridgewater Township, and Freedom Township. Village of Clinton and Clinton Township residents are also eligible for MDL library cards and welcome to use all MDL resources.
