DNR seeking input on Hayes State Park

When we write about a state park, we usually write about Watkins Lake Sate Park and County Preserve as it lies within Manchester Township. But we do have another state park nearby that many Manchester-area residents may frequent as it has one of the closest public swimming beaches and boating-access sites to Manchester. Hayes State Park is a 654-acre park located on Wamplers and Round lakes in the rough rectangle made between Napoleon, Manchester, Onsted, and Tipton.
