Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Manchester Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Manchester Township Hall, located at 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158.

APPLICANT: Hidden Lakes RV Resort

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The subject property is located, in the northeast corner of the township off Parr Road, east of the City and Dutch Drive, along the southern border of Sharon Township.

PID: (P -16-01-100-008)

PURPOSE: The applicant is seeking a Conditional Land Use permit for Phase 3 of the Hidden Lake RV Resort for the final phase of development to include one hundred fourteen (114) new sites. 

PUBLIC INSPECTION:  A copy of the proposed site plan and associated information is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.

INQUIRIES & WRITTEN COMMENTS: Written comments and/or inquiries may be submitted to the Manchester Township Clerk in person, by phone at (734) 428-7090 ex. 110, or via email (dproctor@twp-manchester.org).

ACCESSIBILITY: This notice complies with the Michigan Open Meetings Act (OMA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Manchester Township will provide auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing, to individuals with disabilities upon reasonable notice to the Manchester Township Clerk.
