PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)

Manchester Community Schools is accepting sealed proposals for two for: (1) High School Music Instruments and (2) Propane Infrastructure. RFP packets available at https://www.manchesterschools.us/district/public-notice/.

• Questions Due: May 5th, 2026 @ 3:00 PM.

• Proposals Due: May 12th, 2026 @ 10:00 AM.

• Bid Opening Date: May 12th, 2026 @ 10:30 AM.

• RFP Award Date: May 19th, 2026

Submit sealed proposals to Manchester Community Schools, Attn: Shannon Cajic, CFO at 710 E Main St., Manchester, MI 48158, and plainly marked on the outside:

1. “A Bid for Manchester Community Schools – “High School Music Instruments - BID”.

2. “A Bid for Manchester Community Schools – “Propane Infrastructure - BID”.
