NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF MANCHESTER MASTER PLAN

The City of Manchester recently completed an update to its Master Plan. This is a notice of the initiation of the 63-day review period and public hearing for the draft plan in accordance with Section 41 and 43 of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act.

Enclosed is a copy of the draft Master Plan. Comments should be submitted to:

The public hearing on the Master Plan is scheduled for June 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Manchester City Hall, 912 City Road.
