In accordance with the City of Manchester Charter, all delinquent City of Manchester invoices unpaid as of May 31, 2026, shall be collectible as a Special Assessment on the July 1, 2026 City of Manchester Tax Roll.

Also, collectible as a Special Assessment on July 1, 2026 City of Manchester Taxes are unpaid Utilities charges that are six months delinquent as of March 31, 2026, if unpaid by May 31, 2026.
