Memorial service announcement: Betty Schneider

Betty Schneider of Manchester’s Pleasant Lake passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, 27 years to the day since the passing of her husband, Ty, the love of her life. She is survived by her son, Steve (Karen), and her daughter, Linda, as well as two grandsons, Robert (Kaylene) and Brandon, who are Steve’s sons, as well as 10 great-grandchildren.

She was a longtime volunteer for Manchester Family Services and a cherished member of Bethel Church, where she met many wonderful friends and was a co-founder of Bethel Quilters. Visitation at Bethel Church on Schneider Rd will be held on Thursday, June 11, at 10am, with service following at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, Betty’s request was for donations to be made to Bethel Church Building Fund or The National Psoriasis Foundation c/o David Fivenson.
