WCRC: Roadwork in our area this week

On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) began performing drainage work on Hudson Rd between US-12 (Michigan Ave) and Lemm Rd in Manchester Township. The road is not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. The drainage work is expected to take approximately two weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
On Friday, June 12, 2026, WCRC began performing asphalt resurfacing on Grass Lake Rd between Sylvan Rd and M-52 in Sharon Township. The road is closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. The asphalt resurfacing is expected to take approximately nine days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
