WCRC: roadwork in our area this week

On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) began performing drainage work on Hudson Rd between US-12 (Michigan Ave) and Lemm Rd in Manchester Township. The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. The drainage work is expected to take approximately two weeks.
On Friday, June 12, 2026, WCRC began performing asphalt resurfacing on Grass Lake Rd between Sylvan Rd and M-52 in Sharon Township. The road is closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. The asphalt resurfacing is expected to take approximately nine days.
On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, WCRC will perform drainage work on Burmeister Rd between Lima Center Rd and Schellenberger Rd in Bridgewater Township. The drainage work is expected to take approximately two days to complete.
All dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
