NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Manchester City Hall, 912 City Road, Manchester, Michigan, to consider the establishment of an Industrial Development District pursuant to Act 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended (Plant Rehabilitation and Industrial Development Districts Act).
The proposed Industrial Development District is requested by Damian’s Craft Meats for the following property located within the City of Manchester:

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed establishment of an Industrial Development District for the above-described property. Establishment of the district would permit the property owner to apply for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate under Act 198 of 1974, subject to all applicable statutory requirements and approvals.
