Grass Lake Rd resurfacing complete!

On June 24, 2026, the contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) began milling (removing) the existing road surface on Grass Lake Rd between Sylvan Rd and M-52 in Sharon Township. The milling was completed on June 25, with asphalt paving starting the next day. On June 30, the contractor completed the paving of Grass Lake Rd between Sylvan Rd and M-52 in Sharon Township with a new asphalt surface. In the coming weeks, new permanent pavement markings will be added to the freshly paved surface.
