SHARON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – JULY 21, 2026 AT 6:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Sharon Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Sharon Township Hall, 18010 W. Pleasant Lake Road, Manchester, MI 48158, to consider a Special Land Use application for a Mini Storage Facility.  The applicant is requesting approval to construct self-storage units and an outdoor storage area on property located at 10200 M-52, Manchester, MI 48158. 

A copy of the application is available to review at Sharon Township Hall during regular business hours (Thursdays from 9:00 AM to Noon) or online at www.sharontownship.org.  Written comments may be sent to the Sharon Township Planning Commission by mail at 18010 Pleasant Lake Road, Manchester, MI 48158 or via email to pc@sharontownship.org.
