SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

August 11, 2026, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Schaible, Huehl absent-none   4 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for July 14, 2026
2. November Treasurer’s report
3. To accept the quote from K&L Telecom for the phone service provider for Freedom Township.
4. The safety event scheduled for Saturday, September 19^th, 2026, at the Freedom Town Hall starting at 10:00am.
5. To purchase Adobe Acrobat Standard application for teams.
6. Warrants
