The Manchester Mirror would like your support.

The Manchester Mirror has always been a just-about-break-even business. The money we bring in pays for our website, software, printing, and gas for delivery. The work done by everyone involved is mostly volunteer. While we do not plan on stopping anytime soon, we’d like to increase our revenue to make our business more sustainable for the future.

We are committed to keeping the paper free for everyone and while subscriptions to the print version cost money, it goes fully to cover the cost of envelopes and postage. Our single current source of revenue is from advertising.

We appreciate local businesses and organizations who purchase ads but have been approached by individuals who want to support the Mirror but do not have anything to advertise. And while a few readers have mailed us much appreciated donations, we decided to implement a more formal donation system.

For this reason, we have partnered with Patreon, an online service that allows people to contribute a monthly donation to help us keep growing this paper.

• Newstand---$1 or more per month---It's like you're buying the paper at a newsstand, but you don't have to hunt for a quarter in your pocket
• Beat Reporter---$5 or more per month---You're a bedrock supporter who keeps the news flowing.
• Page Editor---$10 or more per month---Help us tackle the big stories that will keep everyone in the know.
• Publisher---$20 or more per month---Build the future of this paper, and this town.
• You can also choose a different amount that suits you

Our goals are to better compensate our current small staff for all of the work they do and to start paying for additional local content to increase what we are able to cover. If the Manchester Mirror is important to you and you are able, please consider donating and helping us grow!
