The Manchester Mirror is partnering with the Manchester Chamber of Commerce to highlight different Chamber of Commerce members. This week we are spotlighting Manchester Veterinary Clinic.

Manchester Veterinary Clinic, located at 18558 W Austin Rd, has been serving the community’s needs since 1957 and initially served both large and small animals. We have come a long, long way, adapting to the specialized needs of small animals. We now offer geriatric care/acupuncture, advanced dental, high-definition Canon digital radiography, orthopedic and advanced soft-tissue surgeries (besides general medicine), and surgery.

Staff members at Manchester Veterinary Clinic are avid animal lovers. We own rescue pets. We drive distances to be here — from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours’ drive. We work in harmony and love the team. Kellie loves to do dentals and takes pride in detailed radiographing and taking before and after pictures. Brandi spoils her three fur babies; you can see how much at the lnstagram page we just started!

Dr. Nath has been in the profession for almost 29 years. He loved the peaceful rural setting of the practice primarily but now cannot stop raving about how kind the people of Manchester have been to him.

Dr. Nath grew up in a remote village in India with four siblings, two cows, a camel, and a dog, and a love for animals was natural to him. He initially practiced for RSPCA animal shelter for seven years in India, then a few years in Canada, before he moved to Michigan in 2004. He practiced in the downriver area before acquiring the existing Veterinary Clinic in Manchester.

Manchester Veterinary Clinic under Dr. Nath continued its Chamber of Commerce membership, since the previous owners had been part of the Chamber, but also chose to renew it to be part of an organization that advocates for local businesses.

The team at Manchester Veterinary Clinic is motivated to help each and every patient live the best life that they can. We treat everyone like family and believe that they deserve the highest quality care. We can’t wait to showcase our business, online store, etc. through our new website — which should be up and running very soon!
