Editor's note: The Manchester Mirror does not endorse candidates. We will publish one press release per candidate announcing their candidacy as well as upcoming event articles for non-fundraising meet-the-candidate campaign events being held in the Manchester area. In this case, we combined a candidacy announcement and meet-and-greet event article into one. Read our complete Elections/Candidate Policy for more information.
