The Manchester Education Association (EA) and Education Support Professionals (ESP) had the privilege of screening the 2026 School Board Candidates for the November election. There were great candidates with many great ideas. All candidates were offered the opportunity to interview with the Manchester EA and ESP. Six of the ten candidates chose to participate in the interviews.

These groups chose to endorse four of the candidates to fill the four open school board seats in the upcoming election. The candidates endorsed showed an understanding of board policies, the challenges facing Manchester Community Schools, and a hopeful look toward the future of our district. Based on the screening, The Association believes the following candidates will help lead our school district into the future:

Four-Year Term candidates: Michelle Champagne, James Tobias, and Sandra Wiitala
Two-Year Term candidate: Logan Caszatt
